Is Surveyscout trustworthy?

i received an answer to my question and he/she mentioned to me that this might help. when i click on the link, it is a surveyscout website, something like a home-based job. paid to do a lot of things like doing survey, reading email. wanna ask have anyone try and is it trustworthy?
