I just applied online to be a cashier at Kmart. How long before they contact me regarding an interview?
I applied online to be a cashier at Kmart. I answered all the questions and I took the survey. At the end, it just said that everything was complete. They have my phone number and email. Do you know if they're going to call me or email me or anything? Any useful information would be appreciated.

There is no guarantee that they will contact you. Large corporations like Kmart receive hundreds of applications each day and they do not interview every single applicant. They have a list of requirements that each applicant is reviewed against, and only those that have the qualities they are looking for will be contacted. Generally, if you meet their requirements, someone will contact you by phone within a few days after your application.
