about music and business?

a friend invited me to join a multi-level marketing.. it looks promising though but its really not my line, im a musician and an artist that's why. tell me, is it wrong to pursue my dreams instead of earning much money? im not saying that i cant make money in my career but its much easier and faster to earn money in business. so guys can u tell me what should i do? will i chase my passion rather that earning much money?
