Whats the most important thing about making a Bed and Breakfast business successful?
I'm thinking of starting such a business and would appreciate anyone giving me some advice as I'm a total beginner. Many thanks for the info.

Get experience in running a hotel, B&B or motel first. Get experience in a comercial kitchen second. When you are ready to open your Bed & Breakfast, find a good location. Not too secluded that people can't find it, but not so touristy that you have a million competitors too. You want some sort of attraction to draw people to the area (historicly or naturally significant).

If you don't know anything about running one you shouldn't do it until you learn. It's a sure road to fiscal disaster.
